Want to lead like Jesus?
Stop hiding your agenda.
What Jesus said, he said openly to the world in public places.
When He taught His disciples, He disclosed deeper information, but not contradictory messages.
It’s not just wise, it’s incumbent upon all who hold positions of leadership and influence to hold to this principle.
No hidden agenda.
No secret, contradictory message.
Everything is for anybody’s ears… even if it is objectionable, debatable, or challenge-worthy.
(Jesus certainly had His share of those conversations).
Plans change… that’s OK.
New data can mean new direction.
But transparency keeps whistleblowers out of the news.
