Try this simple, powerful prayer…
I dare you.
Say this to God in faith, then brace for impact:
“Father, open my eyes to see what You see when you look at me.”
That’s it.
Pay attention to how He answers.
Watch scripture come alive.
Notice the rumors of glory you hear in that sermon.
Listen with your heart as He tells you the story behind your story.
His story.
But what may surprise you most isn’t what you hear, but what you don’t…
Namely those words you’ve used to shame and blame yourself far too long.
Even the religious-sounding ones.
I prayed it. Yes! So powerful!
