A Psalm Symphony of Gratitude

Give thanks to the Lord, the God of gods, the Lord of Lords, for His lovingkindness is everlasting.  The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. The Lord is good to all, righteous in all His ways, kind in all His deeds, and His mercies are over all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth.

I will give thanks to the Lord according to His righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.  For Your name is near; You have answered me, And You have become my salvation.

Give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness, And for His wonders to the sons of men!  The Lord  sustains all who fall, And raises up all who are bowed down. He will hear their cry and will save them; He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him.  The Lord  performs righteous deeds, and judgments for all who are oppressed.   As high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.

I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to You among the nations. You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing.   You are great, and highly to be praised, Your greatness is unsearchable. Men shall speak of the power of Your awesome acts, And I will tell of Your greatness.

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has redeemed from the pit, and from the hand of the adversary.  He pardons all your iniquities; as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.   He satisfies the thirsty soul and fills the hungry soul with what is good.  He changes a wilderness into a pool of water, and a dry land into springs of water. He crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion, and satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle.

I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders.   You are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty, You make the clouds Your chariot; You walk upon the wings of the wind; You make the winds Your messengers, flaming fire Your ministers.

Sing praise to the Lord, you His godly ones, and give thanks to His holy name. Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise.  Call upon His name;  make known His deeds among the peoples.

On the glorious splendor of Your majesty and on Your wonderful works, I will meditate.  Open to me the gates of righteousness; I shall enter through them, I shall give thanks to the Lord. In God we have boasted all day long;  I will bow down toward Your holy temple.  With my mouth I will give thanks abundantly to the Lord.

Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre; Sing praises to Him with a harp of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy. Be glad in the Lord, you righteous ones, and bless His name.

I will give You thanks forever.  At midnight I shall rise to give thanks to You, and I will wait on Your name, for it is good. In the presence of Your godly ones, and in the midst of many I will praise You.  My soul will sing praise to You and not be silent. I will sing praises to Your name.  I will sing praises to You before the gods.  I will cause Your name to be remembered in all generations. Willingly I will sacrifice to You. I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart. And will glorify Your name forever.
