It’s easy to believe Jesus can do it Himself.
Not quite as easy, but certainly doable, to believe Jesus can do something for somebody else.
It’s another matter to believe Jesus can do something for me.
And quite another matter still to believe He can do something for me when my world’s being rocked.
Yet the call remains: “Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.”
When the wind blows, the waves pound, and He calls me out to walk on the water with Him, even then the issue isn’t the storm.
The issue is, will I trust Him?
